Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to online social-media advertising services provided by RYVEXA LIMITED. No physical products are sold, so nothing is shipped or returned.
2. Service fees
Service fees cover the work carried out — planning, setup, management, optimisation and reporting. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
3. Advertising spend
Advertising spend is paid to the external advertising platform, not to us. Once spend has been delivered by a platform it cannot be refunded by RYVEXA LIMITED.
4. Cancelling an engagement
Either party may cancel in writing. Live campaigns are paused where possible, and any fees relating to work already performed remain payable.
5. Requests before work begins
If an engagement is cancelled before any work has started, any prepaid service fee is refunded in full.
6. Performance-related requests
Because advertising outcomes depend on factors outside our control, refunds are not offered on the basis of campaign performance. We do review any concern that agreed work was not delivered.
7. How to raise a request
Email ryvexalimited@outlook.com with your details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within five working days.
